With heavy heart we write to say that we have decided to cancel Springfest entirely this year. Although we had hoped to complete the auction online, the recent rapid developments with COVID-19 have made it clear that we should not fundraise at this time. Our priority must be our families and to our wider community, and we don't want Springfest to be an added financial burden or unwelcome distraction. Many in our community are worried about what comes next.
What does this mean?
Any bids on items placed will be cancelled and no cards will be charged. Those families who have already purchased tickets or made donations will be refunded (please bear with us as we make these adjustments over the course of the next few days). If you would still like to contribute, you can donate on the home page above.
We will reevaluate the situation later this year to decide what we will do with the remaining items we've collected for auction. We may use them sometime in the future.
We have a fabulous group of parent volunteers who made this an incredible auction. We want to thank everyone involved for their dedication, persistence, and countless hours spent preparing. We're so lucky to have you working for our kids' school.
Even though we can't come together for Springfest, we're inspired by the ways in which our community has come together during this uncertain time. Our MAM community is strong and we're grateful to be a part of it. We wish you all good health in the days ahead.
