Terms and Conditions

Travel package is non-refundable and subject to availability. Certificates/gift cards cannot be replaced. Hotel may be substituted with equal or similar accommodations. Limited availability in June and July. Some restrictions may apply during special events. Blackout dates: Apr 27-30, May 1-8, Jun 12-14, Aug 2-3, 10, 13, 17, 24-27, Sep 6-10, 12-22. Tour runs on specific days of the week and at specific times. If tour is not available, it may be substituted with equal or similar experience. Entrance fees to Grand Teton National Park are not included. Tour participants must be 6 years of age or older. A minimum 30 day advance reservation is required. Travel is valid for 24 months from date of issue. Trips may be upgraded to include additional guests. Acquisition cost of $2000 will be paid by SMT and any proceeds over will go back to SMT.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation prior to arrival may be subject to forfeiture of reservations and funds.
