Night of Champions - Rochester

Special Olympics New York is an authentic sports organization, but it's so much more. It's about respect, dignity, friendship, health & fitness, leadership and inclusion. At this signature event, you will hear stories from our athletes and families about how Special Olympics New York has changed their lives, while providing the financial support that is necessary to continue and expand our programs.

With more than 67,000 athletes across the state, Special Olympics New York is the largest program in North America and the 6th largest in the world. We offer 22 sports, as well as free health screenings, leadership training, Unified Sports that bring students with and without intellectual disabilities together in nearly 200 schools, and more than 5,000 competitive events each year - an average of 16 per day - all at no cost to our athletes, their families or caregivers. At the Night of Champions we will be honoring the 2019 Rochester area Game Changers that have gone above and beyond to make 2019 a great year for our athletes. This year's Game Changers are:
