Gretchen McCarthy is a professional Pilates instructor who is passionate about inspiring people to take a realistic, balanced approach to health and fitness. This pilates package includes the following:
A private Pilates Class taught by Gretchen at a local boutique Pilates studio. Your student can choose up to 6 friends to take the class. A minibus will drive them to the studio and Gretchen will teach an hour class using equipment from the studio. Gretchen will schedule a time that works for her, the studio, and the student.
1-year membership to The Core Club - online Pilates classes:

(However, you do not need to be on Facebook).

She's passionate about providing high-quality Pilates instruction so that you can access safe and effective Pilates workouts from home.
