Join certified Pilates instructor Kathy Nahman in learning a gentle routine that will help you feel stronger and more connected in your movement. These 4 one-hour classes are for a small group of up to 4 guests in your home. You will become more aware of your posture and understand healthy movement for strong bone health. You will need space to accommodate the number of students in the class. Kathy will bring all equipment needed. Attendees will receive a TheraBand and inflatable ball. Class to be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time once it is safe to do so. No expiration date.
