About Shawn
Shawn has worked in the golf business for over 25 years. He started working for his father Don Callahan, as a caddy at The Country Club in Brookline, Massachusetts. Then he moved to the starter position at Thunderbird Country Club in Rancho Mirage, California. Eventually he began to teach and took a job working for Butch Harmon as an assistant at Lochinvar Country Club in Houston, Texas. When Butch decided to open his first golf school in Las Vegas, he asked Shawn to join him. He worked for Butch Harmon for 12 years (1998-2010) and during that time was involved with the coaching of all of the school's tour professionals, most notably Tiger Woods, Adam Scott, Stewart Cink, Fred Couples and Nick Watney. Everything he's learned about the golf swing comes from spending intimate time with the best players and teachers in the game.
