About the Raffle

• Only 200 tickets will be sold by Nolan Catholic High School at $200 each.
• The winning ticket will be drawn on Feb. 22, 2020, at the Nolan Catholic Annual Dinner & Auction.
• The winner does not need to be present to win.

About the Trip

• Spend Thanksgiving 2020 (Nov. 21 through Nov. 28) with family or friends
• Depart Nassau, travel to the Exuma Island chain & return to Nassau
• Boat will be captained by Gordon, Uyen & Curtis Jackson --- boat owner & Nolan Catholic family
• Fuel, breakfasts, lunches, & snacks included
• Guests will be responsible for alcoholic beverages and dinners at local/beach restaurants
• 21 or younger must be accompanied by adult
• Does not include airfare to and from the Bahamas.

About the Bahamas -- Exumas

About the Yacht -- Miss Saigon

• New (2019) Leopard 51-foot Power Catamaran operated by The Moorings Yacht Charter Co.
• 4 double staterooms / 4 bathrooms (one reserved for crew)
• Equipped with dinghy, hydraulic swim platform, and snorkeling gear

Exclusions

• Airfare to and from the Bahamas
• Local transportation to/from the airport and marina
• Equipment rentals (examples - bicycles, scuba diving, cars, etc.)
• Excursions/visiting local attractions
• Dinner (evening meal)

Notices

• This ticket is being sold by Nolan Catholic High School, 4501 Bridge Street, Fort Worth, TX 76103.
• Drawing Date/Award Date: February 22, 2020.
• Raffle ticket purchaser must be 18 years of age or older.
• As per IRS notice 1340, Nolan Catholic High School will pay the Federal Tax Withholding on behalf of the winner.
• The prize winner and all guests participating in Sail the Bahamas trip will be required to sign a waiver to hold harmless, the Diocese of Fort Worth and Nolan Catholic High School and its/their employees and/or volunteers from any and all claims (unless due in part by gross negligence of the Diocese and/or Parish) for illness, injury, death and the cost of medical treatment therewith, arising from or in any way connected with attending/participating in the Sail the Bahamas trip.
• The boat operator/owner may have additional waivers/forms that require signature prior to departure.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be made.
• This prize has no cash value.
