The recently remodeled Sandestin Resort Townhome is located in the Fairways subdivision with towering Pine Trees and has a beautiful view overlooking the 7th green of the Links golf course and down the fairway to the bay. It is a 3 bedroom /3 bathroom Townhome with 2 king size beds and 1 queen size bed. It also has 2 twin beds (one with a twin trundle bed) on the second floor that is perfect for children. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. (in total this townhome can sleep 10) There is a large deck outside with a small screened in porch. There are swimming pools which you will have access to enjoy as well as access to the beach which is clean white sugar sand. There are 4 cruiser bicycles for your fun and exercise. There are 30 restaurants in or at the resort between the Baytown Wharf area, The Boulevard Shops and the City Market shops, something to satisfy everyone from burgers , BBQ to Steaks Seafood and Pizza.. There are 3 public golf courses at the resort and a marina where you can rent or charter boats, paddle boards and Personal watercraft. The Fishing is always good as well as the shopping.
