Join acclaimed Danish chef Christian Severin and his trusty sidekick Niall Brennan for an evening of gustatory delights. A fan favorite for many years at Lafayette and Deal auctions, usually selling out in minutes. Chris and Niall will create 6 courses of sumptuous fare each one paired with a unique and rare beer; most of which are unavailable for purchase in the DC area; that will make you look at food and beer pairings in a whole new light.
