Book a fun hoops themed fitness class for you and your child with Swish House! Any skill level is welcome. Scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2020 from 7:30-8:30pm at the HNC gym. 1 adult per child requirement, ages 3rd grade and above can attend. 16 spots - $50 covers 1 adult and 1 child. More about Swish House: Swish House is a basketball fitness class designed for anyone who loves the game. Whether you're a recreational player or a current pro, it's a community of lifelong athletes connected by the idea that working out is more fun with a ball in your hand. Classes are "non contact" - no actual pickup games are played, but the workout experience includes team shooting contests, individual basketball skills and fitness competitions, and a variety of hoops-themed HIIT stations.
