This has been one of the most consistent matings in the history of the Braford breed. Natural and ET heifers from this mating have won the All American and the National Show (Houston) many times. Ari Montemayor successfully campaigned several winning heifers from this mating and Logan Vest enjoyed a lot of success too. Ari Montemayor brought a daughter of one of these heifers to Houston and won the 2017 National Show. This mating of female sorted (90-95% reliable) Legacy semen on the 806 cow is flat out proven and as one Braford breeder said, "it is lightning in a bottle." The 806 cow is gone now but we have a few embryos left and her influence will be felt for years to come. The heifers from this mating make outstanding stout, wide and big middled brood cows. The power cow in this mating (N103) also produced the Hannah Montana heifer that was All American Grand Champion and the highest selling heifer we've ever had.
