Silverado Cooking School
You and your guest will join professionally trained chefs at the Silverado Cooking School in Napa for an interactive, hands-on epicurean adventure. You will be cooking with seasonal produce harvested from their own farm that very day paired with the best ingredients from around the Napa Valley. Learn basic technique or participate in advanced classes in the incredible kitchen, located on the beautiful Silverado Trail.

The class schedules vary by week and all classes are 3-4 hours of fun cooking, good food, and awesome wine no matter your experience level.

Round Pond Estate
Round Pond Estate's distinctive experiences are deeply rooted in authenticity and crafted by an unrivaled sense of place. Enjoy three limited-production estate wines accompanied by an amuse- bouche from the Executive Chef. Offering panoramic views of the vineyards and the Mayacamas mountains, this tasting for two is an ideal part of a serene wine country getaway.

Long Meadow Ranch
Enjoy a visit to the Long Meadow Ranch Mayacamas Estate to explore exquisite mountain vineyards and wine caves, nestled high above Napa Valley, where you will have the opportunity to consider the limited-production collection of estate-grown wines for purchase. This unique experience includes transportation to the Estate, house-cured charcuterie, cheese, and olives and a tasting of the Prato Lungo Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Blackout Dates:
Valentine's Day, President's Day, Mother's Day, BottleRock, NASCAR at Sonoma Raceway, and weekend dates in September and October.
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's weeks. Weekdays in Harvest Season (Sep/Oct) are extremely limited and may be subject to an additional charge.

Airfare must be booked within one year from date of purchase. Airfare taxes are the responsibility of the traveler. Item must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance and is subject to availability.
