In 2018, history was made as a record amount was raised through the bidding of the Willett Barrel of Bourbon to support the mission of Childhelp all year long.
Deshon Batts, the winner of last year's auction item, has generously donated this bottle to auction tonight to continue supporting Childhelp Tennessee.
Childhelp supporter Charles Williams, raises Akaushi Beef, a Japanese Wagyu breed.
Raised in Middle Tennessee in a low stress, hormone and antibiotic free environment; Akaushi, a Japanese Wagyu breed, is readily identified as Highly marbled, Prime Beef. It's naturally higher concentrations of Monounsaturated Fatty Acids are a healthy addition to our diet and is a natural source of Oleic Acid providing a buttery, tender meat.
This is a half a cow and the winner will work with the butcher on which cuts and finishing you desire.
All of the cattle are grain fed in the final year before they are available for harvest. This beef is coveted by award-winning chefs and served in top-rated restaurants throughout the world.

You will tour the extensive distillery operations of Heaven Hill, the largest privately held distillery company in the United States.
Then the master distiller will lead you through the selection of your barrel of Elijah Craig Bourbon.
The barrel should yield approximately 15 cases (12 bottles to the case) equaling 180 bottles of 94 proof bourbon.
