Purchasing this item gives a Special Olympics Arkansas athlete an opportunity to attend year-round leadership training. Training includes a minimum of 8 training sessions, and a graduation package to include: leadership booklet, fitness materials and an official Athlete messenger polo shirt.

The Athlete Leadership Program teaches self-advocacy and empowers athletes to find their voice. Athletes graduate from the Athlete Leadership program and travel to speak to partners, businesses, athletes, families, and universities on the importance of sport and health in their lives.
