Will there be dinner?
Yes! Think of this as a grazing, progressive meal with starters at Whitespace, mains at Marcia Wood, and sweet treats/late night snacks at Joe's studio!
Will there be a full bar?
We will have a bar stocked with fine wines, craft beers, and signature pre-mixed cocktails.
Is this really a 6 hour event?
No! We have built in extra time at the beginning and end to accommodate stragglers and possible delays. Our best-case-scenario timeline is:
- 4:30 Bus Departs
- 4:45 Arrive at Whitespace
- 5:45 Start loading up bus
- 6:15 Arrive at Marcia Wood
- 7:15 Start loading up bus
- 7:30 Arrive at Joe's studio
- 9:00 Bus departs
- 9:15 Bus returns to original pick up location.
Do I have to stay the whole time?
Nope! We recommend taking a rideshare service to the bus pick-up location (or directly to whitespace) so that you can leave via rideshare when you prefer. If you'd like to drive yourself to the various locations, that's cool too! Several Burnaway staff will have cars on hand in case of emergency to return guests to the original pick up location.
How many people will be on the tour?
To keep the event feeling intimate and fun, we only have space for 50 guests. Get your tickets early!
Where is the pick up location?
Inman park (we'll tell you the exact location after you purchase tickets!).
What should I wear?
Whatever makes you feel the most comfortable, we recommend stylish but casual. This is not a black tie or even cocktail attire affair!
Will Art Crush still be happening in February?
Nope. Based on feedback from the community, we have decided to retire Art Crush. If you'd like to support Burnaway, Art & Amble is your chance!
Can you accommodate my food allergies, accessibility needs, or other concerns?
We would love to if possible! Contact Erin at erin@burnaway with any accessibility or other needs.
