Philip Stein is a fundamental figure from the Social Realism School in the 1940's. His direct relationship with the great Mexican muralist David Alfaro Siqueiros left a lifetime impact. During his 10 year stay in Mexico, he helped in many of Siqueiros' most famous murals. Currently, his artworks are exhibited at MOLAA in dialogue with the Siqueiros artworks from the Museum's permanent collection.
