If certificate holder is NOT a good candidate, the certificate is transferable and can be applied towards another procedure at Durrie Vision. Certificate not valid without authorized Durrie Vision signature. Not redeemable for cash. No expiration date.

Please note, if you want your auction item before Christmas, you must pick your item up at BBBS no later than December 20.
