Want to support our mission but are not able to attend?

No act of generosity is too small to make a difference.

Friday, November 15, 2019 | 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
The Clayton House | 3719 N 75th St, Scottsdale, AZ 85251

Join us for an entertaining and inspiring evening to raise critical dollars in support of the Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis community. Funds raised will benefit research, patient programs and move us closer to fulfilling the Foundation's vision of a world free from inflammatory bowel disease.

The evening features an exciting silent & live auction, stories of hope from our IBD warriors, excellent food and beverages and ends with live entertainment on the patio.

Night of Champions will also celebrate important members of Arizona's community. Please join us to celebrate Dr. Swati Kolpuru and Brianna Procopio, RN, MSN as we present them each with a Champions of Mission award.

MISSION

The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding cures for Crohn's Disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases.

IMPACT
In 2018 the Foundation made 1.2 million connections via patient and professional services, advocacy efforts and our fundraising campaigns - our largest to date. In addition to connecting and building the IBD community, the Foundation remains at the forefront of research, investing more that $350 million into the field since its inception. Our impact is broad and our philosophy is bold.

ACCELERATING THE PACE OF RESEARCH
We are accelerating research by breaking down traditional barriers to patients, data, funding, and collaborations.

LEVERAGING YEARS OF MAJOR, FOUNDATION RESEARCH INVESTMENTS
Our multi-year, multi-million-dollar research investments in areas that are important to IBD are paying off. Through the Microbiome, Genetics and pediatric RISK project, are leading to new therapies, diagnostics and devices.

INSPIRING & ENGAGING PATIENTS/CAREGIVERS IN THE COUNTRY'S LARGEST IBD COMMUNITY
We bring together the largest community of IBD patients in the country, and we engage them in the fight against Crohn's & colitis. Patients are involved in setting the research agenda, advocating on public policy initiatives and developing educational resources that meet the diverse needs of the patient and caregiver communities.

BUILDING RESILIENCY & EMPOWERING PATIENTS
We are increasing support and education for our patients and caregivers in the effort to build resiliency and further empower them to take charge of their care, essential keys to wellness. These efforts are done via support groups, online communities and Camp Oasis.
