Enchanted Gondola Ride

EatDrinkRI: Good Meat Matters
$105Enjoy a pair of tickets to Good Meat Matters! on Sunday, October 20, a feast dedicated to raising, cooking and eating the best meat possible. The event is sponsored by Eat Drink RI and Keane's Wood Fired, and held at Blackbird Farm's private grove in Smithfield.
Good Meat Matters! is part farm tour where you can "meet" the animals with Blackbird's owner Ann Marie Bouthillette; part cooking talk with Eat Drink RI's David Dadekian sharing best practices for getting that meat from the farm to your plate; and part dining experience with Keane's Padraic Keane and Executive Chef Brandon Teachout preparing a multi-course, family-style meal with Blackbird's beef and pork (plus other local ingredients).
Drinks will include options from Revival Brewing Company, The Wine Bros. and Yacht Club Soda.
Good Meat Matters! begins at 2 p.m. with drinks, a farm tour and conversation followed by a multi-course seated dinner. Tickets are all-inclusive.

Whisky Tasting for 8
$450The winner of this private tasting will get to choose from a variety of whiskies: all bourbons or single malts, or a combination of the two. The specific whiskies depend on the amount of the winning bid. The more you bid, the better and more exclusive the whiskies will be! Past winners have enjoyed 20-year-old malts, Pappy Van Winkle and other extremely rare and limited whiskies.
Tasting will be in a mutually agreed upon location (in RI or Mass,) on a mutually agreed date. Must be used by June 30, 2020. All attendees must be at least 21 years old.

Cheesemaking Workshop for Six
$260You and five friends will learn how to make three distinct types of cheese: ricotta, a hard-pressed alpine cheese and a middle eastern cheese called haloumi in this 6-hour workshop. Sample a variety of commercial cheeses, discuss the history of cheese, and learn the science behind the cheese-making process.
SCLT's Sebastian Interlandi has been making cheese commercially for the past seven years at Creative Shepherd Farm, but has been experimenting with fermented milk for more than a decade.
Sebastian will offer the class in your kitchen. All participants will be able to take home a small kit with ingredients and materials for making up to five batches of cheese.
