AUCTION GUIDELINES 

  • The bidder enters their bid electronically, either on their computer, or on a personal hand-held electronic device.
  • The Silent auction begins on Friday, May 15, at 8:00 AM; the Super Silent auction will begin at 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 16, 2020. 
  • The minimum starting bid is listed, along with a specified increment for increasing the bid.  Bids will not be accepted for amounts less than the minimum set increment. 
  • A text will be made prior to the 8:00 PM close of bidding on Saturday, May 16, 2020. The highest bid at closing time constitutes the winning bid.
  • The highest bidder (as recognized by the software) shall be the purchaser.  In the event of a dispute, the software time stamp will be the sole and final authority to determine a successful bidder or to re-offer and re-sell the item.
  • At the close of the auction, title to the item will pass to the acknowledged bidder, who then assumes full risk and responsibility.
  • Items will be released only upon presentation of a paid receipt. Item pick up hours are Tuesday and Wednesday, May 19 - 20, from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM; Thursday, May 21, from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM. Other arrangements may be made by contacting Elizabeth Nanda at enanda@pcaschool.org.

8th Annual Juried Auction Art Contest

Join us for the 8th Annual Juried Auction Art Contest and Gallery

Who can participate? PCA Students (PCAP-Grade 12), Alumni, Parents, and Grandparents.

What kind of art? All art around the theme of this year's gallery. Any medium: drawing, painting, photography, sculpture, collage, embroidery, sewing, quilting, paper crafting, mixed media and more!

 

DEADLINE: Friday, March 6, 2020, 3:30pm

Theme: "Home is where the Heart is: My School, My Town, My State"

 

All types of media are welcome.

Present your work ready to sell (i.e. framed and matted). Be mindful to create art to appeal and sell, as your work will earn money to support our Variable Tuition Program.

All art will be for sale as part of the Auction Art Gallery supporting PCA by raising money for Variable Tuition Program.
