• Region: Niigata is heralded for its snowfall, producing very clean air during
  brewing & incredibly clean, crisp, delicate water.
• Fun Fact: Asahi Shuzo's brand, Kubota, is the flagship of Niigata, once considered the "Screaming Eagle" of Sake, with a worldwide cult following.
  This highly limited sake is a blending component for the Kubota Manjyu, their most prized bottle. Mellowed before releasing at near-freezing temperatures, this exceptional sake is rare & collectible.

  finish.
