• ABV: 15%
• Region: Niigata is heralded for its snowfall, producing very clean air during brewing &
  incredibly clean, crisp, delicate water.
• Fun Fact: While Kubota is famous for perfecting the light, dry, pristine style of sake that
  Niigata is famous for, this sake was developed in pursuit of IMPACT.
• Flavors: Notes of pear and melon, with harmonious acidity and a pleasant mouthfeel.
  Kubota's distinctively smooth and clean texture and crisp flavor lead into a comfortably long finish.
• Serve: Chilled with oysters, Caprese salad, Hamachi Crudo, pickled or marinated foods
