Yokamen Ramen is the best place to satisfy your ramen cravings! Using fresh ingredients from local West Virginian farms, Yokamen Ramen provides guests with high-quality and delicious cuisine.

NOTE: Gluten-free ramen and vegetarian options are also available.

This certificate is valid for a dinner for 10 guests.

• Offer expires June 1, 2022
• Must notify four weeks in advance
• The host must notify Joshua Beatty at least 72 hours in advance if plans change and the ramen night needs to be rescheduled.
• Location: This event will be hosted in your home located in Washington DC or the nearby suburbs. If space is not available, we can discuss other venue options. No matter the venue, we must follow local Heath & Safety requirements on the max number of people gathered and vaccinations will be required of participants. Anyone not feeling well or experiencing cold, flu, or COVID symptoms must not participate.
• Menu: We will agree on a menu of three to four types of ramen bowls based on 1 to 2 soup bases. I build menus based on the ingredients I can procure in the season and your interest. The traditional soup bases I typically work from areTonkotsu (pork), Tori-paitan (chicken), Gyokai (seafood). I can also do non-traditional soup bases such as beef, Turkey, or a vegetarian/vegan base from onions & dried mushrooms. I can accommodate gluten-free/Celiac-friendly ramen or other allergies, but we must discuss that in advance and prepare to accommodate it as part of our menu and venue discussions. I typically bring enough for all diners to have up to two bowls.
• Additional Notes: Beverages/Appetizers/ side dishes are your responsibility. I will provide up to 20 servings of ramen and related toppings along with all necessary serving dishes, bowls, chopsticks, and spoons for you and up to nine other people to enjoy.

• ALL JASWDC's auction item(s) are available to be picked up by winner(s) either at the Hillwood Estate, Museum, and Garden on the day of the US-Japan Capital Gala (October 20, 2021) or at JASWDC by the end of 2021.
• If you would like JASWDC to ship your item(s), you will be charged the shipping cost.
• * JASWDC won't be responsible for any damages or losses caused during shipping.
• *The shipping fee will be round up to the nearest whole dollar amount.
• For gift certificate shipment, JASWDC will mail them to your home address at no cost.
• If you are living outside of the U.S. and joining the Silent Auction, you will be charged shipping costs regardless of whether your winning items are certificates or not.
