• This Resort Certificate provides 7 to 9 nights accommodation (double occupancy) for 2 rooms (valued up to $1,050 per room depending on dates of travel) at Pineapple Beach Club.
• All reservations are subject to a required supplement of $125 per person/per night which provides all dining, all beverages (including alcohol), resort facilities & activities. Government tax/service is additional.
• Guests choosing to upgrade to a higher room category may do so for as little as $42 per night + tax.
• Air transportation is not included. Should you require air we are available to assist.
• Resort black-out dates do not apply however, a minimum 7-night stay and additional peak season surcharge of $50 per person, per night, applies Dec. 21-Jan. 3 & Feb. 1-24.
• Air must be purchased at the time of booking for stays Dec. 21-Jan. 3 & Feb. 1-24.
• Reservations are subject to availability, some restrictions apply.
• The expiration date is a "Book By" date not a "Travel By" date.

• ALL of JASWDC's auction item(s) are available to be picked up by winner(s) either at the Hillwood Estate, Museum and Garden on the day of the US-Japan Capital Gala (October 20, 2021) or at JASWDC by the end of 2021.
• If you would like JASWDC to ship your item(s), you will be charged the shipping cost (*)
• *JASWDC won't be responsible for any damages or losses incurred during shipping.
• *The shipping fee will be round up to the nearest whole dollar amount.
• For gift certificate shipment, JASWDC will mail them to your home address at no cost.
• If you are living outside of the U.S. and joining the Silent Auction, you will be charged shipping costs regardless of whether your winning items are certificates or not.
