The Iron Horse 2010 Brut LD This is an absolutely gorgeous bubbly, extremely rare in magnum. Just 40 cases produced. LD stands for Late Disgorged, which means aged longer, making it richer, creamier, more refined and elegant. This vintage is aged seven years en tirage, resulting in tiny, pinpoint, diffused bubbles. This is Iron Horse's Tête de Cuvée, their top of the line.

Join Chef Chris Shepherd and photographer Julie Soefer for a special four-course dinner featuring dishes from Chris Shepherd's newly released cookbook, "Cook Like a Local," prepared by Chris and his team in Julie Soefer's photography studio, where the cookbook was shot. Wines will be curated by the newest cheese and wine hot spot on Westheimer, Montrose Cheese & Wine.
Available dates: A Saturday night in February, March or April 2020 that's mutually agreeable with all parties. Must be scheduled at least one month in advance.
