"Susan loved stones. We spent an afternoon collecting them one day on Lopez Island, WA." Susan Carpenter passed away on September 13, 2014 from Ovarian Cancer. Before her passing, she had been creating wool-felted vessels. Her work was even featured in a Gallery in Santa Rosa. These stones were created in her memory and embody the spirit of love.
Susan got into felting when she got sick and her good friend Nikki said "Let's knit!" When Susan passed away, Nikki was left with her locally sourced and beautiful raw materials. These items were created in her memory and embody the spirit of love. Nikki's grief prevented her from touching the wool for 5 years before she could create these beautiful items.
Various sizes, approx. 2 1/2 " long.
