In honor of the 150th anniversary of the Transcontinental Railroad, published home cook Tina Yao will donate 150 freshly-wrapped frozen dumplings to the highest bidder. In addition, she will provide a private dumpling lesson and tasting session for up to 20 students at the Museum of Chinese in America.
