The Leadership academy is a selective year-long leadership program for 15 high school sophomores from the Philadelphia region. The academy will meet monthly as a group and have opportunities for mentorship and service.

The LLB Leadership Academy is a 10-month program during which select high school female athletes grow their leadership and interpersonal skills. The Leadership Academy accepts 16 girls from the Philadelphia area and surrounding suburbs for monthly sessions based upon the 11 leadership principles of Live Like Blaine. Each girl is assigned a female mentor to provide guidance and advice to reinforce the leadership principles learned in the sessions. The Academy provides the tools for participants to enhance their personal leadership capabilities through lessons and examples of self-awareness, confidence, teamwork, positivity, resilience and connecting with others. All of this positive personal growth happens alongside a group of fun, talented, and like-minded peers.

Captains' Practice is an interactive program during which female high school athletic leaders will hear from and interact with women leaders in both sports and business and participate in hands on leadership and team-building training on MLK Day.
