Throughout the customized four-course meal prepared by chef Ashfer Biju, you'll taste the new Glenmorangie 1991 Vintage, a 30-year-old Caol Ila, a 40-year-old Darroze Armagnac, and a Drouin 1971 Calvados before coming to the crown jewel: 27-year-old Glendronach cask strength, single barrel. A sommelier from the acclaimed Brandy Library in TriBeCa will discuss pairings and answer questions. Wrap up this special evening with a dessert selection from executive pastry chef Michael Romano.

The talk will be held at Calissa in the Hamptons and participants will learn to how identify hidden deals on wine lists and gain insight on what varietals and grapes to avoid, this 30-45-minute presentation works well as a team building exercise. This presentation also includes prizes, a Q&A, and guidance on how restaurants select and mark up wine. Whether a novice or an expert, you'll order better bottles for better prices with confidence.
