Love food and literature enjoy the best of both worlds at a Literary dinner produced by Table of Contents. Table of Contents makes events, media, and deliciousness at the nexus of the of the food and art world. With a mission that strives to use food as an unconventional but revelatory entry point for experiencing books, music, art, and culture. This package includes 4 seats at a 2020 Tables of Contents Literary Dinner, featuring a bespoke 6-course collaborative meal with one of our most brilliant contemporary authors, with each course inspired by scenes from the text. Wine and beer pairings are included with the meal, and the evening concludes with a craft conversation between the author and TOC chef/founder Evan Hanczor of Egg Restaurant in Brooklyn. Dinners have been inspired by books such as THE SUN ALSO RISES, THEIR EYES WERE WATCHING GOD, and TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD and past author collaborators have included Adam Gopnik, Marlon James, Eileen Myles, Alexander Chee, Carmen Maria Machado, and Téa Obreht.
