Next Generation: Dinner at the Beard House

As the James Beard Foundation celebrates the 30th anniversary of the James Beard Awards, it's time to look to the next generation of chefs. Four up-and-comers from New York City's top restaurants will host a once-in-a-lifetime evening for 30 guests at the historic James Beard House in NYC. This special event includes a receptionf ollowed by dinner prepared by chef Melissa Rodriguez of Del Posto (the restaurant previously led by Lidia Bastianich, a multiple JBF Award winner); chef Ed Brumfield of Red Rooster (owned by a multiple JBF Award winner, Marcus Samuelsson), and dessert by pastry chef Thomas Raquel of Le Bernardin (restaurant of multiple JBF Award winner, Eric Ripert). This luxurious experience also features fine wines curated by sommelier Erica O'Neal of Eleven Madison Park a four-time JBF Award winner for Outstanding Service, Restaurant, and Wine Service.

This package for 30 includes:

  • Private reception and dinner at the James Beard House prepared by chef Melissa Rodriguez of Del Posto and chef Ed Brumfield of Red Rooster and dessert prepared by pastry chef Thomas Raquel of James Beard Award winner, Le Bernardin at the historic James Beard House in New York City
  • This experience will feature fine wines curated by sommelier Erica O'Neal of Eleven Madison Park, a four-time JBF Award winner for Outstanding Service, Restaurant, and Wine Service
