Get in line. Check-out Stations are located at the Help Desk. At check-out, pay via cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Please make checks payable to Renesting Project. You will receive an official tax receipt via text and/or email.

All sales are final; no exchanges or refunds. Sales tax included where applicable.

Item Pick-Up

Need not be present to win items in the silent auction. Winners will be notified via text message.

Winners shall pick up items after payment at the close of auction. Locate item on auction table and present valid receipt to table monitor.

Mark your calendars for November 2, 2019, 6-9pm @ East Bank District and Plaza, Bossier City, LA. and join us as we celebrate our 10th year in service.

Renesting Project, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization, is our community's furniture bank - the only one of its kind in our area! Renesting collects gently used furniture and household items from the community and provides to persons in need (clients of registered community partners) as they transition into permanent housing. Our community partners include Volunteers of America, Veterans Administration, HOPE Connections, Easter Seals, the Hub, and Caddo and Bossier Parish Schools, just to name a few. More than 2,400 men, women, and children in our community have been served since January 2010, FREE OF CHARGE.

Our reinvented fundraiser, re2019, puts a different twist on traditional nonprofit fundraising events.

re will take place at East Bank District and Plaza, inside and out! This exciting venue is a mix of old and new, reimagined and revitalized. Located in what was "old" Downtown Bossier, the East Bank District and Plaza is an urban park and anything but "old". With its newly renovated, re-energized synergy, bustling with restaurants and businesses, it is the perfect spot to celebrate Renesting Project's newly reinvented annual event.

Everyone, near and far, is welcome to register and bid from their cell phones on items in our Silent Auction, stroll the district to vote on chairs decorated by local artists, partake in outdoor activities in the plaza...

Stroll the District, enjoy outdoor activities, live music and discounts at participating restaurants all while bidding from cell phones!
Gather in the East Bank Theatre for door prize drawings, "10 year celebration" video premiere and presentations (must be present to win)
Auction closes at 8:30ish pm! Claim winnings, collect swag and t-shirt, but stay and enjoy East Bank District nightlife!
