Mike Quon grew up surrounded by art. His father Milton was an animator for Walt Disney and also an art director at BBD&O and continues to create as a fine watercolorist at age 103. Mike graduated
from UCLA, where he studied art and design. Mike was influenced by his mentors Richard Diebenkorn and pop artist Ed Ruscha.

His favorite mediums include drawings, acrylics, collage and mixed media, often with vivid colors and bold line work. Mike has had numerous gallery presentations of his work, in this country and abroad and his works are in the permanent collections of The New York Historical Society, The Library of Congress, the US Air Force Art Collection, and The New York Times.

Over the years Quon's work has been seen in advertising and promotional campaigns around the world, from Times Square and Giants Stadium, to the Summer Olympics in Australia, World Cup
Soccer in Paris and a department store chain in Tokyo. Professional affiliations include the Marquis Who's Who in American Art, the Guild of Creative Art, The Art Alliance, MCAC and Audubon Artists.
