This charming, private 3-bedroom fully equipped Spanish style guest house is nestled in an olive grove 900 feet above the Carmel Valley. It overlooks Garland Regional Park and the Ventana Wilderness, Talbott's premier vineyard, and a beautifully landscaped yard of succulents and drought-tolerant plants. The house has three bedrooms (queen beds), three baths (one bedroom is on a lower level), a fully equipped kitchen, and open living and eating area. It has a deck overlooking the vineyard. Access to the main house swimming pool is included - it is solar heated during the summer and fall. There is ample parking. Carmel Valley is central to excellent wine-tasting from the Santa Lucia Highlands region (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay) in Carmel Valley Village. The house is 8 miles inland from Carmel-by-the-Sea, and in close proximity to Pebble Beach, Big Sur, and Monterey, even though it feels worlds away as witnessed by Milky Way on a clear night.
The house is available for one-week (7 days). The dates will be mutually agreed upon with owner.
