Single malt fans appreciate Craigellachie for its remarkable sulphuric, savoury, meaty character. CRAIGELLACHIE scotch included in this collection are 13 year old and 17 year old.
The Deveron, made where the River Deveron meets the open seas. Offering "calm from the storm," it's the perfect fireside malt. Amenities include two environmental toilets, several picnic tables, a large campfire ring, and eight primitive campsites. Set on the Colorado River in east Austin, the River Camp is located five miles downriver from the Longhorn Dam; 3.5 miles downriver from the Montopolis Bridge; five miles upriver from the Hwy 973 take out; 17.5 miles upriver from Little Webberville Park; and 22.5 miles from Big Webberville Park. It is 50 miles upriver from Bastrop and 284 miles from the Gulf of Mexico.

Harkening back to the Colorado?, our original click and pawl reel, the new Colorado LT retains the same ruggedness and the signature all-metal clicker of its older brother. With the all new F Series, we brought together new slimmer tapers with E-glass and our redesigned hollow internal ferrule to set a new standard for smooth, deep flexing rods. And, even though you can cast them a lot farther, these rods are optimized to cast beautiful accurate loops under 20 feet.

Double Haul Leatherworks is a one man shop. I take pride in the fact that I create every piece myself entirely by hand. I use no machinery whatsoever. The term "hand made" is used very loosely these days, and many businesses use sewing machines, rivets, laser cutters, etc. I do things the old inefficient way using knives, awls, needle and thread, etc. I mold and burnish my pieces by hand and have plenty of callouses to show for it!

I started my business out of necessity. I wanted reel covers for my favorite reels that I could use while on the rod, but could not find a product that was not made of neoprene. I had to make it myself. I found that other anglers wanted what I made and Double Haul Leatherworks was born.

My day job is as a Paramedic working for the city that I live in. I am proud to be a USAF veteran and am a very active participant in Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing.
