This item entitles you to a comprehensive assessment of your personal health and fitness needs at the Bay Club Financial District with Level 4 personal trainer Jonathan Jordan ("JJ"). Together you will review your fitness goals, health history, injuries and diet as well as take baseline measurements including body composition, mobility/range of motion testing and functional movement screening. From there, JJ will use the latest best practices and research to help craft the most effective exercise and nutritional recommendations for you including mobility, resistance training, cardio and diet.
