There are several wonderful porches for quiet times, reading a book, making some down time, and lazy afternoon naps. The bunk room is exceptional for a teen or kids hideaway. One to talk at night of the great beach day.

A large picnic table is off the lower level for some great family outdoor eating gatherings. With spacious bedrooms and the reverse floor plan, this home has it all. And is just steps to the ocean.

Sleeps 13 (max.). 5 bedrooms (1K-1Q-1Q-1PB-2BB). 4 full baths. 1 half bath. There are 3- 4 passenger golf carts to get around since there are no cars on the island. One 4 passenger golf cart offers space for extra cargo.. Your will have full access to the golf club on the island for dining, golfing or jumping in the pool.

High speed internet. One minute to beach access. Sunday/Sunday. NO pets or smoking.

As of May 1, 2019 - only one week remains available this summer, that of August 25. But, please know, this home is spectacular in any season with the the fall and spring being especially enjoyable with lovely weather and fewer crowds. Week selected will be a mutually agreeable date. Valid through October 2020.
