Q: How do I register to bid on an auction item or to donate?
1. Text SuCasa20 to 76278.
2. Follow the prompts from the texts received.
By desktop, tablet or smartphone
1. Visit our campaign site - https://SuCasa20.givesmart.com.
2. Click Sign in or Register, then click Register Now to create an account.
3. Enter the required information.
4. Click Create my GiveSmart Account.
*Once registered ...
Click the blue link within the Welcome text message or personal link button from within the Welcome email to access the campaign.
Q: How do I bid on an item?
1. Register and add a credit card. (If you choose to pay with a different card, cash, or check you may do so, just let us know before you check out.)
2. Follow the link you receive by text to start bidding!

Q: How will I get the auction item(s) I have won?
A. You may pick up your winnings at our office (7162 Reading Road, Suite 600, Cincinnati OH 45237) by appointment only. Due to social distancing, we need to limit the number of people in our office building. Please contact Spring Duncan (firstname.lastname@example.org) to arrange pickup.
Q: My card hasn't been charged yet, when will it be charged?
You have two options:
Self Checkout OR Spring will check you out after the event.
You may use more than one form of payment when checking out either way.
Please email Spring at email@example.com with any questions!
Self Checkout Instructions:
- Visit the Pay page at the top of the screen.
- Review the purchase summary.
- Enter a credit card or use the one on file.
- Click Pay.
- Once payment is secured, a red Pay Stamp appears.
- Show the Pay stamp when picking up your item.
