Host a private dining experience with wine parings for eight (8) in one of Chicago's hottest new restaurants, Aba. Aba is a restaurant with a rooftop patio located in Chicago's historic Fulton Market District. This is Chef CJ Jacobson's second restaurant with Lettuce Entertain You, and is an extension of Ema, meaning mother in Hebrew, in River North. Aba, meaning father in Hebrew, incorporates Ema's style of cooking with a larger influence of steak, raw and chilled seafood. The beverage program is crafted by Wine Director Ryan Arnold and Mixologist Liz Pearce and showcases Mediterranean-inspired rare wines and spirits. Chef CJ Jacobson is Orange County-born and best known for his 'rustic-refined' way of cooking. He has not only starred on two season's of Bravo's Top Chef and won Top Chef Duels in 2014, he has also worked throughout California at Campanile under Mark Peel and Nancy Silverton and as a private chef for VIPs such as Arianna Huffington and Guess' clothing Marciano family. Winning bidder will be responsible for tax; gratuity and a 3% planner fee. Date to be mutually agreed upon.
