Upon graduation, he moved on to Building Value's work development program where he was introduced to Messer Construction. With almost two years as a Messer, apprentice directing tower cranes on-site, Simeon is fulfilling a dream of taking care of his family and having a career. Fully prepared with his OSHA certification and skilled training, Building Value graduate Treyon Brooks is now a structural iron steel worker. He is employed by Rod-Techs and a signatory with local 44 as a second-year apprentice, Treyon receives full benefits and a full career ahead.

HIRED! After receiving the appropriate certifications at Building Value, Montez Robinson started as a signatory painter with Local 123 from Total Painting Contractors in February of this year. Making more than double minimum wage as a first-year apprentice, he also receives full benefits. As the proud father of two, Montez is paving the way for a bright future for his family.

Jelon Dubose is the most qualified Building Value candidate to date. Jelon hasn't always made the best decisions. In March of this year, he acquired an LLC and has officially has started his own drywall and finishing company.
