Using Andy Goldsworth inspired techniques, we will meander through forest paths and hillsides, pausing to create environmental sculptures as we explore. Beginning and ending at the Tapscott campus, we will drive to the Wildcat Canyon Regional Park entrance near Arlington & McBryde, about 7 minutes from school.

Parent/Child Folk Dance Party with Maddie Hogan!! Come Dance with Us - Fun Evening of Folk Dance together!
Folk dance is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Parents, come and dance with your child at our Evening of Folk Dance on Friday, May 17, from 6:30 to 7:30 in the Tapscott Music Room.
No need to sign up as a pair! Singles, doubles, triples and more... all welcome and encouraged to come try this fun dancing event!
Folk dancing is fun and easy and everyone can participate. The festivities will be led by our Tapscott music teacher, Maddie, and her folk dancing friend, Harry Gray. We will be doing simple circle dances, line dances, and contra dances, and we are confident both parents and kids will have a good time. And there will be cookies, too!

Dean Burris, Former Professional Pianist and accompanist to singers On and Off-Broadway (and proud PS parent), will accompany us on the piano as we sing to our heart's content. The Greatest Showman, Les Miserables, Guys and Dolls...whatever floats your Broadway boat! Dean takes requests! Wine and Dessert will be served.
