Do you agree to allow The Taylor Family Foundation to use your personal data?

I consent to allowing The Taylor Family Foundation (TTFF) to capture and use my personal data for internal use only.  I understand TTFF has a strict privacy policy and will not disclose any personal information concerning contributors, guests, campers, volunteers and employees.  All credit card information is encrypted and protected with the highest level of security by our PCI compliant provider.  No credit card information is stored in the TTFF office or on our server.

I have read the Terms of Service and understand that I may revoke this consent at any time.
