Spend a Sunday afternoon tuning up for Spring little league with a former major league player at one of the regions best indoor batting cages and field. Each player will get and to participate in a coaching tune-up seminar with a former pro baseball player/coach (40 minutes), then spend tune-up time in the batting cages (50 minutes). Then have pizza and drinks post workout.
