SILENT AUCTION RULES

The Silent Auction is scheduled to open for bidding at 6:00 p.m. and close at 8:15 p.m.*
Placing a bid is entering into a legally binding contract. Bidders who win an item will be held responsible for the amount they bid.
Each bidder must be 18 years of age or older and verify identity upon request.
If it is unclear who placed the final bid, or if a controversy exists between two bidders, bidding on that particular item may continue until a winning bidder is determined.
Minimum bid increments must be followed - bids which do not meet the minimum increment will not be considered.
All columns on the bid sheet must be completed - bids without required information or not filled in legibly may not be considered.
Winners must present payment before items will be released. Forms of payment are cash, check or major credit card.
Items will be available for payment and pickup near the Zamboni entrance, starting at 8:30 p.m.*
The Detroit Red Wings Foundation reserves the right to offer the item to the second-highest bidder if the winner does not pay for/pick up an item in a timely fashion.
Values set for auction items are ESTIMATES ONLY and are not warranted by the Detroit Red Wings Foundation for tax purposes or for general value.
Bid authorization forms are available upon request. Please note that bids placed in person may be trumped by a previously submitted bid authorization form.

LIVE AUCTION RULES

The Live Auction is scheduled to begin at 7:45 p.m.*
To place a bid during the Live Auction, simply stand near the main stage and raise your hand so one of the auction spotters can identify you. Bidding may be fast paced, so bids must be made quickly.

PAYMENT

All Silent and Live Auction items must be paid for and picked up by the end of the event. Cash, check and major credit cards are the only forms of payment accepted.
Payment can be made at the Auction Check-Out tables near the Zamboni entrance, beginning at 8:30 p.m.*
All sales are final and there are no exchanges or refunds on items. All items and experiences are sold "as is."
Items that cannot be picked up at Little Caesars Arena and require shipment to an alternate address will incur additional shipping charges based on the item(s).
