About the artist, Bryan Petersen: Bryan Petersen received his B.A. at M.S.U. in Bozeman, MT in 1998, and an M.F.A. from E.C.U. in Greenville, NC in 2001. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Art/Metalsmithing at M.S.U. He has taught at The Arthur Morgan School, Georgia Southern University, Arrowmont, Ghost Ranch, The Bear Canyon School of Art, and Pocosin Arts. His work has been published in Fabulous Jewelry From Found Objects, Mixed Media Collage Jewelry: New Directions in Memory Jewelry, Jewellery From Recycled Materials, Iron Wire Jewelry, and Tales from the toolbox: Narrative Jewelry. He is the founder of The World Championship Belt Buckle Competition.
