About the artist, Jim Bove: Jim Bove is a practicing artist and educator living just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is a board member of the Society of North American Goldsmiths (SNAG) and teaches art and jewelry. His artwork has been featured in several books and magazines and resides in the National Ornamental Metal Museum and in private collections throughout the US and abroad. His work received an award in the 2013 Cheongju Craft Biennale, South Korea and was recently selected for Schmuck in Munich, Germany and for the 2015 Taiwan International Metal Crafts Competition.
