A southern California native, Loraine Mullen-Kress hails from Los Angeles and has lived in Laguna Beach for more than 25 years. In addition to her unwavering commitment to exceptional service, Loraine offers her clients a unique professional perspective which has been shaped not only by her hard work, but by her passions in life. Artistically gifted, Loraine was awarded a scholarship to L.A.'s prestigious Chouinard School of Art, where she cultivated her talent, which continues to be one of her greatest passions today. When she was crowned Miss North Hollywood in 1971, Loraine developed a love for community service and philanthropy, leading to a nomination for that year's Outstanding Young Women of America. Before relocating to Laguna Beach as a newlywed in 1982, Loraine's adventurous spirit and love of the Arabian horse (a focus of her art) took her on a two year odyssey traveling the Middle East and Europe.

Loraine frequently creates renderings of the fine homes she represents. An avid philanthropist, she often donates her paintings to various fund raisers and charitable organizations. Loraine's passion for horses and trail riding prompted her to become a founding member of the San Juan Capistrano Equestrian Coalition, a non profit organization for the preservation of the equestrian way of life and the multi-use trail system in Orange County, for which she created the website's horse art.
