My CORE (Carla's Optimized Resistance Exercises) training style integrates all of today's top training modalities. Everything you'll do with me will be core-based to keep your posture and core musculature strong, healthy and fit. You will do: TRX-training, Pilates, resistance-band work, Halo-training, free weights, interval and plymoetric training, and much more. I am a versatile trainer, always mixing things up to keep exercise fun and results-oriented! I aim to make every workout effective, safe and efficient, and designed for each client's individual body, fitness level and needs.
