It's a race around Valley Village and surrounding areas! Gather your team and prepare to compete against other Colfax families, to figure out the clues and collect various items along the way, in the fastest (but safest) time!

Your team can be all from the same family or you can join forces with another family, as long as all team members fit in one car, safely.

Drinks and refreshments will be provided at the finish point, along with bragging rights and prizes!

Reservations, Policies, Procedures and Waiver

• Parties are for Colfax Charter parents only.
• Reservations will not be accepted from anyone under 21 years of age.
• Payments must be made online by credit card. Your party spot is not officially reserved for you until you have completed payment.
• Any open party spots will continue to be available online for purchase throughout the year.
• Party hosts are not expected to reserve spaces for their own parties; they are also not expected to pay as party guests for their own parties.
• Payment is non-transferable and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your payment will be considered a donation to PACE. Any private transfers must be approved by the Party Book chairs due to nature of certain party restrictions.
• You will be contacted by your host(s) prior to each event to confirm the details.
• Party Book hosts and chairs reserve the right to cancel or change parties as circumstances dictate. In this case, spots purchased by party guests will be reimbursed.

Party Book & Website Waiver

• By his or her purchases, the buyer waives any claim for liability against either Colfax Charter Elementary School, LAUSD, PACE or the Donor of the property, services, or tickets. Neither Colfax, LAUSD, PACE nor the Donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the utilization of property, services, or tickets sold.
• Property descriptions are based upon donor input. Buyer waives any claim for misrepresentation against Colfax Charter Elementary School, LAUSD, PACE and the Donor.
• Please be advised that if Colfax students attend events or parties that are open to students and families, these are not Colfax sponsored activities and by your purchase, you waive any and all claims for liability against Colfax Charter Elementary School, LAUSD, PACE, employees, representatives and the donors of goods and services.

The fine print: A reservation at a party constitutes a commitment to pay. In the event you are unable to attend, your full payment will be considered a donation to PACE and is very much appreciated.
