"Hairspray" by David Yarrow
Live Item"Hairspray" by David YarrowLimited Edition 4/12
FMV $37,000
This image of a magnificent male lion is a large-scale, limited edition print. The photograph immortalizes Vayetse, who lives in Kevin Richardson's (the Lion Whisperer) sanctuary. The print is signed, editioned, and dated by David Yarrow. David Yarrow is now recognized as one of the world's best-selling fine art photographers of his genre and is represented by over 20 leading galleries around the world. Over the last two years, three of David's limited edition works have sold for over $100,000 at Sotheby's auctions in London and New York. In January 2019, David was appointed as the global ambassador for UBS bank; their collaborative campaign posters launched in Zurich airport and can now be seen around the world. Philanthropy and conservation are central to David Yarrow's passion to document the animal and human world in a fresh and creative way. In 2018 Yarrow's work raised over $2 million, $311,000 of which was raised on October 2018 in collaboration with Tag Heuer & Cara Delevingne and was directed toward the Cara Delevingne Foundation.
"To be so very close to this majestic lion was a privilege, but it was hard earned. I hope it will strike an emotional chord with all lovers of the lion and remind us that the eyes are the windows to the soul -whether they be the eyes of a human or the eyes of a cat. Of all the truly iconic animals that we cohabit our wonderful planet with, the African lion is the one that many informed people are most worried about in terms of survival."-David Yarrow
Archival pigment print. Edition 4 of 12.
Measures 71" x 80"
Restrictions:
Excludes packaging & shipping fees
Kevin Richardson & David decided that an explosive running shot would best portray the essence of Vayetse & shot at a low angle to ensure nothing but the magnificent lion draws the eye. To photograph lions mid-run, David typically draws on his perfected remote control work. However to capture Vayetse David decided to operate the camera himself, which added to the complexity of achieving this shot. It took 2 full days of shooting to capture this image, 1 millisecond too early or late & this shot would not have worked.
David's evocative & immersive photography of life on Earth is most distinctive and has earned him an ever-growing following amongst art collectors. David's position in the industry has been rewarded with a wide range of advisory and ambassadorial roles. In conservation he is an ambassador for WildArk, on the advisory board of Tusk, & an ambassador for the Kevin Richardson Foundation. In September 2019 Rizzoli published David Yarrow's latest book. This 368-page photography monograph showcases 150 of David's strongest images from the past two years. The book features a foreword written by global NFL star Tom Brady & an afterword written by American cultural icon Cindy Crawford. All royalties from this book will be donated to conservation charities Tusk in the UK and WildAid in the US.

"Lion Tree" by Xtina Parks
Can you count the number of lions in the tree?
Xtina Parks perfectly captured this lion pride in the middle of an afternoon nap.
Some believe that lions opt to climb trees to get a better view, while others believe it is so that they can catch a bit of a cool breeze on a hot day or get away from tsetse flies that may bite them at ground level.
Measurements: 48" w x 34" h
Xtina Parks is a wildlife photographer, filmmaker, conservationist, and visionary, working to reduce human-wildlife conflict in Africa. She splits her time between the Berkshires and her home in Botswana, working throughout the African continent to protect habitats, conduct valuable research about endangered species, work on her upcoming documentary and TV series, and of course, take photos. From bringing water to remote Ethiopian villages, to investigating sustainable cattle farming on the Maasai Mara, to working with anti-poaching dogs in South Africa, Xtina's passion for Africa-and the people and animals who call it home-is apparent. "BedHead" by Kimerlee Curyl
BedHead, Wild Stallion, Utah's Onaqui Mountains.
While out with the wild herds, no matter which area, photographer Kimerlee Curyl finds herself surrounded by the herd leader or stronger stallions. She loves to think it's kismet, however as herd dynamics go, it's the proud role of the leader. Protecting his family. This exquisite stallion was near her almost every day of this trip. Spanish in his look and stature, he was living, breathing poetry as he courted the hearts of young fillies. This image was captured as he was doing just that. Literally courting a beautiful bay filly with big doe eyes away from her family band. Such a beauty to witness as the mare and stallion of her band, put up no argument, knowing this is the true order of things in the wild.
Measurements: 54" w x 36" h
Dedicated to the cause since 2004, Kimerlee's hope is to inspire others, not only to appreciate the beauty of these creatures, but to take an interest in helping preserve their place on this land - our American Public Lands. She is committed to the protection of wildness, her ongoing efforts not only chronicle the freedom of our wild horses on their home territory and to help raise significant awareness for the plight they are continuing to face year after year.

"Kifaru" by Tyler Schiffman
In many areas in northern Kenya, Black Rhinos have gone extinct in the wild. This occurred in the Sera Conservancy, but thanks to the efforts of the Northern Rangelands Trust, they have been attempting to re-introduce them back into the conservancy. This is two-year-old Loijipu who was abandoned by his mother and planned to be introduced back into the wild once reaching an age where he can fend for himself.
Measurements: 40" w x 30" h framed
Tyler Schiffman has devoted his career to taking photographs and making films that will make a true impact in our world. He has interned with the esteemed travel photographer, Chris Burkard, and was a cinematographer on numerous projects, including a unique series about National Geographic figure Kimi Werner as she seeks to live a sustainable lifestyle. Through his work as a freelance photographer, his photographs have been presented at the United Nations and featured in publications such as National Geographic, Business Insider, Insider, Washington Post, The Inertia, Hawaii Skin Diver Magazine, Malibu Magazine, Surfrider Foundation and Los Angeles Daily News. "Grace" by Dan Ostermiller
"Grace" 2015 is an amazing bronze giraffe sculpture and is a limited edition 13 of 20.
Giraffes only need 5 to 30 minutes of sleep in a 24-hour period! They often achieve that in quick naps that may last only a minute or two at a time. So, what do giraffes do all day? Giraffes require over 75 pounds of food a day-and with a diet of leaves, this means they spend most of their time eating and not sleeping!
Measurements: 22" h x 12" w x 26" d
Weight: 42 pounds
Dan Ostermiller is the son of a famed taxidermist and the experience he gained under his father's tutelage influenced Ostermiller's career and was responsible for his interest in becoming a sculptor of animals as well as for his complete understanding of animal form.
Ostermiller has enlarged the scope of his knowledge of wildlife with expeditions to Alaska, Africa and all corners of the West. Ostermiller's sculpture conveys a mood and an emotion. Each bronze engages the viewer, encouraging the touch of a hand and inviting further contemplation. "If I have a trademark, it's the character I put in pieces. I incorporate, I hope, strong design. I give people something they can relate to and a good piece of sculpture."

"Together" by Federico Veronesi
"Together" was taken in the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. It captures a unique moment when a Lioness and her male partner woke up from their siesta and approached the edge of the rock to look at the future and the world around them together.
"When I pulled up next to this huge rocky outcrop in the eastern Serengeti one mid-afternoon in February, I had no idea what I would find on the rock or hidden in its crevices. I was just driving slowly around the rock when suddenly a Lioness came up to the highest boulder followed by a huge dark-maned male. She walked to the edge and stared at the horizon. I always have three camera bodies with three lenses ready on the seat next to me. I grabbed one and shot this magnificent scene right away, without even turning off the engine as there was just no time. In wildlife photography planning, patience, preparation, are all important. But sometimes you also need to react fast to unexpected encounters and situations. Moments such as this one, where animals pose so perfectly, are very fleeting and wildlife doesn't offer second chances."
The print is a very limited edition of 1 plus 1 Artist Proof at this super large size specially created for WildAid.
The print is framed in blackwood with linen mat.
Measurements: 98"w x 70"h

2015 Melka Mekerra Estate Proprietary Red - 3L Etched
2015 was a very warm year which resulted in wines rich in concentration and this wine from our high elevation vineyard is no exception. The aromatics are so expressive and enticing showing a typicity of Cabernet franc, dry herbs and undertones of ripe compote which give this nose a wow factor. There is a loamy, muscular tension to the wine that segues into its energy in the mouthfeel resulting in a wine that exudes balance and age-worthiness - a must add to the cellar.
53% Cabernet Franc, 47% Merlot, 100% Knights Valley
One of the great Napa wineries, Melka Estates was founded by Philippe and Cherie Melka. They produce an absolutely epic wine lineup that rivals the best in the valley. They source from some very exciting vineyards including La Mekerra in Sonoma and Jumping Goat in Napa Valley. The wines are powerful, focused and highly concentrated, showing immense range and terroir.

Herb Lamb Winery - 2 Magnums of HL Cabernet Sauvignon
From the Herb Lamb Vineyards at the foot of Howell Mountain, this is Jennifer Lamb's Signature Cabernet Sauvignon. Take home two magnums of this exquisite 2015 vintage.
Enjoy now or cellar for years to come!
2015 was the third year of the drought and coupled with cold weather at bloom it led to drastic decreases in tonnage across the Napa Valley. But the smaller yields led to an intensity of flavors with smaller berries and more concentrated color and varietal character. Only 250 cases were produced.
2015 Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa is already thought to be an exceptional vintage, with the fruit of the 2014 and structure of the 2013 and ability to age. Winemaker Michael Trujillo calls it "one of the most concentrated and expressive vintages we have ever produced." This wine radiates with the typical characters of our terroir; licorice and crushed herbs, cassis, red currents, dried cherry, Bakers chocolate, blueberries and black raspberries, with exceptional depth and structure.

2014 LEVY & McClellan 1.5L Red Blend in a Wooden Box
Finding a bottle of Levy & McClellen is hard enough. Finding one that has been donated to WildAid -- because, as Bob said -- "the mission is so important and the effort so effective" it's priceless.
The 2014 vintage brought a third straight year of near perfect growing conditions creating another dynamic and exciting vintage. Harvest began with Merlot and ended with Petite Verdot.
The 2014 vintage presents itself as an accessible and opulent representation of the ripe fruit from the vintage with a velvety texture and ever evolving mid-palate 'juiciness', followed by a powerful yet supple and round structure of long lasting tannins.
Winemakers Bob Levy and Martha McClellan are each powerhouse winemakers on their own. Bob's credits include founding winemaker at Merryvale in 1983, and Harlan, Bond and the Napa Valley Reserve. Martha was trained in Germany and worked at wineries in Germany and Australia before coming to Napa. She also worked as a winemaker at Merryvale and Harlan, Sloan and Blankiet among other projects. Martha McClellan graduated from Geisenheim University, the only American woman to complete a degree in enology and viticulture there. Bob and Martha met while both working at Harlan.

2012 Scarecrow Magnum
This is an incredible and rare opportunity to add a 2012 Scarecrow 1.5L to your wine cellar - which is sold out.
2012 Scarecrow notes by winemaker Celia Welch
Crafted from the oldest, most balanced and most intensely flavorful Cabernet lots grown on the J. J. Cohn Estate, this impressive wine shows dark aromas of spiced plums, blackberries, mocha and cassis. Its dark complexity is equally evident on the palate, where the wine is at once refreshing and somewhat mysterious. The layers of complex flavors reveal themselves with time in the glass, shifting and swirling between bright fruit and dark vanilla/caramel tones.
Scarecrow's vineyards were planted by the legendary J.J. Cohn in 1945, and supplied fruit to the cream of the Napa Valley crop for many years, including Inglenook, Opus One, and Joseph Phelps. Today, winery co-founders Brett Lopez and Mimi DiBlasio work with renowned winemaker Celia Welch to create cult-worthy wines.

2012 M. Étain Magnum
This is an incredible and rare opportunity to add a 2012 M. Étain 1.5L to your wine cellar - which is sold out.
2012 M. Étain notes by winemaker Celia Welch
Although the highest-toned, most perfumed aromas of ripe black cherries and raspberries jump immediately from the glass, with a short swirl of the wine one quickly senses the darker cedar, clove and sandalwood notes which create a sense of depth and complexity. Palate-wise, the wine shows a full, broad entry of ripe fruit, spreading to create a sense of fullness throughout the mid-palate. A continuous silky impression of fresh cherry juice from start to finish provides a sense of brightness to this complex wine.

SODHANI Vineyards 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Magnum
This Reserve bottling contains individual best barrel selections from all our vineyard blocks by winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown. The goal with this wine is to blend together the ultimate expression from the vineyard focusing on maximum power, complexity and depth of flavor but with each element in equal proportion. The result in 2015 is an impenetrably dark, brooding wine that shows its hillside character and nuanced structure. The wine immediately draws you in with its completely opaque deep purple hue. The aromatic profile suggests notes of cinnamon, pine bough, molten dark chocolate, and cassis reduction.
This wine has plenty of freshness and dense, rich fruit to offer in its youth but will certainly award extended cellaring.
Only 256 cases produced.
SODHANI Vineyards is a family owned 6.5 acre hillside vineyard in St Helena blessed with a unique terroir making limited releases of phenomenal, hand-crafted Cabernet Sauvignon wines by winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown who has received multiple 100 point scores from Robert Parker and Wine Spectator, and painstakingly produces gorgeous wines which are the true and perfect representation of our terroir.

SODHANI Vineyards 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Magnum
This vintage of the SODHANI Reserve is a sensory-saturating experience of pure hillside Cabernet Sauvignon expression by winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown. It's dark, rich and layered with deep fruit notes and a host of complimentary layers of spice, framed with a silky structure. In the glass the wine displays a completely opaque purple hue. Upon closer inspection aromas emerge in waves of macerated blackberries, lavender, baking spices, and fresh loam. The mouth feel of the wine is noted by a finely integrated tannic grip up front that blossoms into more supple notes of stewed currants, plum reduction, flint, tack room, blood orange zest, cocoa nib, and clove. The extended mouth coating finish goes on for well over a minute ending with light floral notes and bright purple fruit. Due to the wealth of fruit and structure this wine possesses, it will benefit with 5 years in the cellar or a generous decant.
Only 173 cases produced.

Clase Azul Bottles
Clase Azul Plata is a fresh tasting blanco tequila produced from 100% organic blue weber agave. The agave is slow cooked in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours and then distilled using a proprietary yeast developed by our master distiller. Plata is not aged and the natural colors that come from the slow cooking are filtered out prior to bottling in a stunning crystal clear bottle with blue accent at its base.
Clase Azul Reposado has been praised by tequila connoisseurs for its superior taste and stunning handmade decanter. This Clase Azul is aged in reclaimed American oak barrels for eight months after it has gone through the distillation process. Each bottle is made with high quality white ceramic and then hand painted by artisans in our bottling facility.
Clase Azul Anejo "Edición Indígena Mazahua" (or Mazahua-Edition) is an ultra-premium anejo tequila made from organic Tequilana Weber Blue Agave. Its intense amber color and layered aromas are a result of twenty-five months of aging. Once the agave has reached its optimal ripeness and is harvested, the treasured heart of the agave is obtained. The ornamentation of the bottle concludes at the neck of the bottle with a 24-karat gold vermeil charm medallion and feathered design that distinctively represents Clase Azul.
Clase Azul Ultra Extra Anejo is the world's most luxurious tequila and is quite literally in a league of its own. This exclusive Clase Azul offering is only produced in numbered batches of 100 bottles, which are quickly purchased by collectors. Each bottle contains tequila that is aged for five years in previously used sherry wood casks from Spain which gives Clase Azul Ultra its unique refined character. The decanter used for Ultra is a striking work of art, hand painted with platinum and features a silver agave medallion and label applied using 24-karat gold.

Calcareous Vineyard Wine & Tasting
Enjoy a bottle of Calcareous 2017 Tres Violet, a red blend rated 92 points by Wine Spectator.
Trés Violet is Calcareous Estate's take on a traditional Rhone style red wine. By combining the depth and richness of Syrah, spice and leather from Mourvedre with bright fruit elegance of Grenache, they can produce a multifaceted yet cohesive wine. In this way the Trés Violet is perhaps the fullest expression of the Estate.
Also includes a sit down wine and cheese pairing for two people at the winery. Experience a casual wine and cheese pairing overlooking the valley on our terrace. In this beautiful setting, a knowledgeable host will delve into our approach of pairing wine with Artisan cheeses while guiding guests through the nuances of Calcareous wines.
